We are firm believers in collaborative planning, and GOTV is no different. We’ve created this tool to help you organize key event dates that will happen internally and externally.

Use this template as a starting point for your GOTV calendar. It does not replace Google Calendar, but it can help leverage a shared Google Calendar.

Make a copy of this template and start aligning your team on key dates and priorities. Check them against your fixed calendar dates, such as voter registration deadlines, early voting, and Election Day. Once you complete this exercise, import the ‘Download as CSV to Upload‘ tab and follow these instructions to add results to a shared Google Calendar.
