Our programs help you break into politics, advance in your career, and develop specialized skills for specific campaign roles. From our fully immersive Arena Academy program to our highly flexible workshop series, there’s something for everyone. Most of our trainings are held virtually on Zoom with periodic in-person events.

Arena Academy is our flagship training program for new and seasoned campaign staff. Over five days, you’ll learn to build values-driven, strategic, winning campaigns alongside a diverse and supportive community of learners. We’ll teach you effective management and how to build inclusive teams, while sharpening your skills in campaign management, communications, data, digital, fundraising, or organizing.
Arena Academy 201 is for experienced campaign staff who want to deepen their management or technical skills. The core Arena Academy 201 program teaches leadership and team-building alongside hard skills like planning, budgeting, and hiring. Specialized Arena Academy 201s are also offered throughout the cycle, focusing on topics like data and digital skills. The condensed, two-and-a-half day schedule is perfect for campaign leaders who need to learn while they are on the job.
