Google Gemini
💼 Gemini for Google Workspace (Paid Enterprise/Business)
Gemini is Google’s effort to create a highly flexible, powerful, and integrated AI that can assist users with complex, real-world tasks across its ecosystem of products.
If you use Gemini within a paid service like Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) through your company or school, the privacy terms are much stricter: Your content is NOT used for model training. Your interactions stay within your organization and are not shared outside of it without your permission. The data is subject to the same enterprise-grade security and compliance that applies to the rest of your Workspace data.
It is important to know if you have a paid version or are using your personal account. Your organization may have policies and restrictions on what information can be loaded into other Generative AI tools, and consult your team for guidance.
