If you are in charge of printing for the first time within a campaign organization this guide is a must have. If this is your first or second printing rodeo this guide will ensure you don’t miss any key steps.

• Confirm budget – how much can you actually afford to spend on this
• Identify printer
• Determine piece size and features
• Get pricing sheets and/or rough estimates
• If design is not included or you prefer to design in-house, create your design
• Send design to printer for final quote and proofs
• Approve the proof

• Drop mail / pick up print order / shipped to you
