Maps using GIS software can be costly and time consuming which are in short supply during GOTV.

Luckily we can use a tool like Google Maps for more than just driving directions. In this tool we talk through different campaign applications for Google Maps that can help you, staff, and volunteers save time.

In this tool we cover the following use cases.

  • Precise Canvass Blockwalk Kickoff Points
  • Polling Locations for Poll Greeting Assignments
  • Lit Distribution Hubs
  • Voter Registration Drives
  • Layering Districts to Visualize Overlap

In each example we also give some guidance around expertise level and time commitment needed along with helpful screenshots to get you started on your mapping journey.
