This resource includes three key tools to help guide a thorough offboarding: a comprehensive offboarding memo, an exit interview template, and a final email to staff.
The offboarding memo is a comprehensive landing page with instructions and resources for staff to reference. The Final Staff Email is a template for a brief and informative final communication. The Exit Interview resource includes a list of sample exit interview questions to help you collect feedback and understand the future goals of departing staff.
