The GOTV structure is implemented for the final four days of the campaign and sometimes sooner (depending on early voting in your district or state). During GOTV, staff will transition roles, and it is essential that everyone understand their responsibilities within the new structure. This structure is designed to optimize your efforts, streamline communication, and ensure that all of the resources at your disposal are well-used. This guide describes how each role functions during GOTV and where they are located from HQ to the field.
