When campaign planning, it can be easy to go straight to the small details of contacting voters, like what data is needed. These details are essential, but there are better starting points for crafting a winning campaign plan.  This guide will help you think about the big picture while thinking about critical questions for ways your campaign can influence the outcome of an election.

This guide will help methodically apply data. This approach can also help you communicate with staff, vendors, and consultants on the data needed to meet strategic objectives.
