The corner stone of any event in campaigns is a simple sign-in sheet. It is so fundamental to every event from house meetings to phone banks to door to door canvasses that we can forget we need one until the last minute.
We’ve created two simple templates that you can edit and customize to your campaign.
There are two versions of this sign-in template.
- Version 1: Collects First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email
- Version 2: Collects First Name, Last Name, Phone, and option to sign up for a future shift.
We find that Mobilize often collects email so it can be redundant to collect it again, and the space saved by not including it can give you an opportunity to sign people up for a future event.
