Myra Mills Tschirhart (she/her) is a solutions-oriented innovator who builds systems that make working smarter, not harder. She serves as the Chief of Staff overseeing the operations, tech stack, and cross-departmental projects.
Myra’s prior experience includes working as a campaign manager for a state senate race, a field organizer for Biden’s 2020 campaign, a graphics specialist at a book publishing company, and an elementary music teacher. She is the elected SD10 representative to the Texas Democratic Party executive committee, serves on Fort Worth’s Board of Adjustments, is a graduate of the Leadership ISD fellowship, actively volunteers with the Tarrant County Democratic Party, serves on the TCU Alumni Board’s Family Planning Committee, and is always on the cusp of getting too involved with the PTA. Myra has a Bachelor’s in Music Education (’10) from TCU–go frogs–and her MFA in Advertising from AAU (’14). Outside of work, she is a mother to two amazing kiddos, a future boat owner, and enjoys playing kickball and traveling with her husband Mark.
