This fall, Arena will join Zinc Collective!

For nearly a decade, Arena and Zinc Collective have worked side by side, recruiting, training, and deploying the talent that powers Democratic victories. Zinc Collective’s innovative programs have delivered skilled operatives and technological expertise to hundreds of majority-making Democratic campaigns. Arena’s cutting-edge initiatives have cultivated thousands of savvy campaign staffers and helped them win critical races up and down the ballot. Now, we’re joining forces officially, bringing together the two leading Democratic talent pipeline organizations under one roof.

What does this mean for you?

The tools, connections, and community you rely on aren’t going anywhere:

Arena’s Jobs Board, Daily Digest, and Talent Bank will remain available for job seekers and employers.
Arena Connections will continue to match mentors and mentees.
The Arena Slack Community will stay active and thriving.

Past training recordings remain accessible on YouTube.
All the resources on our website will remain available for you to explore.
Your credential as an Arena graduate will still unlock job opportunities and our suite of career services.
If we are partnering with your organization this fall through a training, sponsorship, or one of our vendor expos, your event will go on as planned.
Arena will continue to put on popular events like careers fairs and webinars.
And we will continue to offer best-in-class trainings for campaign staff. Stay tuned for dates and details!
