2023 Year in Review

Today I want to take a minute to celebrate you and all that we’ve accomplished together in 2023. Arena is what it is because of our community—from campaign staff to candidates, and donors to employers. And WOW, we did a lot together this year.

Here are just a few of the milestones we hit in 2023.

Our community of Arena-trained staff and volunteers grew to 7,182 people, with 58% of them identifying as women, 54% identifying as BIPOC, and 39% identifying as LGBTQ+
Arena Careers became the go-to destination for folks looking to find political jobs, with 14,048 job seekers on the platform and 12,157 jobs posted there.
Downloads from the Arena Toolbox hit more than 73,000, growing 23% even in an off year.
And a whopping 76% of candidates with Arena-trained staff won their elections in 2023, keeping Democrat Andy Beshear in the Governor’s mansion in Kentucky, protecting abortion access in Ohio, reclaiming the majority in the Virginia House of Delegates, and more!

As we wrap up the year, I want to add my voice to the chorus of thanks. Thank you for being a part of this community and for enabling us to do such groundbreaking, meaningful, life-changing work.
