Post-Election Personal Care

First, from the entire Arena team,  thank you for all of your hard work to help build a better future.

Anyone who’s gone through that transition will tell you that it can be a difficult time; there are emotions around the election results and around forming a new kind of relationship with your campaign coworkers. There are concerns about what you’ll do next, where your next paycheck is coming from, and what to do for health insurance. And that’s all totally normal without the added stress of a pandemic.

This guide is intended to help with three specific parts of the post-election transition for campaign staff:

  • Health insurance
  • Unemployment
  • Mental health care

Most importantly, remember that if you are struggling, reach out to a friend, a family member, or someone here at Arena. We will be here for you as you navigate this transition.
