Jennifer leads Arena's digital program.

In 2016, Jennifer Friedmann left her job at an ad tech startup to move to Iowa and work for Hillary Clinton. She's been in campaigns and nonprofits ever since. On the Clinton campaign, she moved around the country and served as a Digital Fellow (Iowa), Organizer (Kansas), Opposition Researcher (California), and Regional Organizing Director (Ohio). Jennifer co-founded Rapid Resist — an organization that trains and deploys text-bankers for progressive candidates and causes in rural areas. She defined the digital strategy for politicians, candidates, and nonprofits including Chuck Schumer, Jay Inslee, Eric Garcetti, Tina Smith, and Pencils of Promise as a Senior Strategist at Trilogy Interactive through the 2018 midterms. Now she consults as the email & SMS director for She grew up in Chicago, studied Cognitive Science at Yale, and will be going to Stanford Law School next fall.
